Beat him with no cheats except encounter code(yes I am too lazy to get to Nebula 6!) I think I overdid the panning and zooming. But, gotten better. Easy No modcards active - No airhockey - No vulcans - No hits taken - No defensive chips (invis, popup) - No superarmor NCP ... Dang that was all luck...
